What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final.
Any damaged goods cannot be exchanged or be eligible for refund. Please note that I cannot control how postal services treat my packages, but I try to pack the orders as well and protective as I can. If items arrive damaged/missing not caused by shipping, e.g. missing. Please contact me asap via email: nanipinkdesign@gmail.com with photos and I´ll see if I can replace or partially refund your order.

WHY IS SHIPPING EXPENSIVE?
Currently I run my business by myself based in Hawaii. I try to keep cost low as possible. The price you pay is the price I’m paying at the post office.
